I'm so glad you're here!
I am a wounded healer- like many of you, I've experienced neglect, abuse, trauma, grief, and loss. I also know what it is like to be a neurodivergent, queer person navigating a world not designed for me. These experiences led to me embark on my own healing journey where I learned to accept all parts of myself. I was deeply restored and my soul was awakened. I had the realization that we all have the capacity to heal, no matter how much trauma we've experienced. Now, I'm deeply honored to walk alongside my clients as they navigate their healing journeys.
My Approach
For me, therapy starts with this simple truth:
You are not broken
You carry such a bright light within you. I know my clients have all the wisdom, harmony, creativity, and wholeness that they need when they come to me. Together, we will just tap into these already present gifts to get you where you want to be.
